Position: Team Leader

Automobile Sector (Hyundai)

Job Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve assigned targets.
Monitor daily performance, productivity, and attendance.
Ensure proper task allocation and timely completion of work.
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to team members.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.
Resolve team-related issues and maintain discipline.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Valuable team management and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented approach.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Relevant experience in team handling preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
