Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the hotel industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records using Tally.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
Manage GST calculations, returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance requirements.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with monthly closing, financial statements, and expense reports.
Maintain hotel-related revenue, expense, and vendor records.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for accounting-related activities.




Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Skills
Positive working knowledge of Tally.
Solid knowledge of GST and TDS.
Practical experience in day-to-day accounting and financial documentation.
Positive numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Eligibility Criteria
Must be a Commerce Graduate (B.Com or equivalent).
Must have 3–4 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
Must have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, and TDS.
Must be willing to work at Coimbatore.

Preferred Candidate: A candidate with prior experience handling hotel accounts, hospitality revenue, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
