Progress Monitoring: Monitoring repair progress and updating customers proactively on any delays or additional needed repairs.
Quality Control & Delivery: Explaining completed work and charges to customers, and ensuring the vehicle is returned in a clean, fixed state.
Complaint Resolution: Managing customer complaints and ensuring a satisfactory resolution to maintain loyalty. Indeed +4
