In this role, you will be the voice of meaningful causes, connecting with individuals to promote a culture of giving and fundraising across India.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Donor Engagement: Connect daily with potential donors, introducing them to impactful causes and inspiring them to support.

· Relationship Building: Maintain and grow a strong database of supporters, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the organization’s mission.

· Retention & Growth: Regular, skilled follow-ups with prospects to convert them into long-term, recurring supporters.

· Honest Communication: Share accurate, transparent,



and inspiring information regarding projects and campaigns with potential donors.

· Goal Achievement: Meet monthly engagement and fundraising targets with a proactive mindset.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

· Education: Any Graduate / Degree holder or above.

· Experience: Open to both Freshers with excellent energy and Experienced professionals (Sales, Customer Support, or NGO backgrounds are a plus).

· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication. You must be fluent, confident, and capable of adapting your style to different people.

· Languages: High fluency in English & Malayalam is required.

· Mindset: A critical thinker and natural problem-solver with a positive, resilient attitude.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
