The Route Sales Representative will be responsible for visiting provision stores, supermarkets, grocery stores, and other retail outlets according to the assigned daily route. The candidate must generate orders, achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, promote company products, communicate promotional schemes, and introduce recent product launches to customers.
The role involves developing current retail outlets, maintaining existing customer relationships, ensuring product availability, improving shelf visibility, and monitoring stock levels at retail locations. The representative must coordinate with distributors and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve customer complaints.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
