Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates for recruitment and hiring purposes.
Manage hiring requirements for multiple client companies across India.
Understand job requirements, eligibility criteria, and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on their qualifications, experience, skills, and job requirements.
Explain job roles, salary packages, locations, and other relevant details to candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules,



selection status, and joining updates.
Maintain candidate databases, calling records, and recruitment reports.
Manage the complete recruitment calling process from initial contact to interview coordination and joining follow-up.
Ensure timely closure of hiring requirements as per client company requirements.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
