We are seeking a responsible and experienced Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, lead the sales team, and take responsibility for overall branch sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily branch operations.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
Take responsibility for branch sales targets and revenue growth.
Monitor leads, customer follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Develop strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
Coordinate with senior management and submit performance reports.
Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:
Experience in branch management, sales management, or business development.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
Real estate or hospitality experience preferred.
