Key Responsibilities – Area Sales Manager
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
Lead, motivate, and manage Medical Representatives to achieve team targets.
Develop solid relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, and distributors.
Conduct regular field visits and joint working with the sales team.
Identify current business prospects and expand market coverage.
Monitor team performance, DCRs, sales reports, and outstanding payments.
Ensure effective product promotion and implementation of company strategies.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
