ACCOUNTS HEAD – AKAB FABRICS

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job type: Full time, in person

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month

AKAB FABRICS is hiring an Accounts Head to handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally.
Prepare invoices and maintain ledgers and supporting documents.
Reconcile bank statements and track customer and supplier balances.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the team on billing queries.
Prepare routine accounts reports and support month-end closing.
Coordinate with the external accountant on tax documentation and filing inputs.

Requirements
At least 1 year of practical experience using Tally.
Working knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Basic Excel skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle financial information confidentially.
