Position: Designer(Beads, Jarkhan & Embroidery)

Job Responsibilities
Develop creative and market-trending Beads, Jarkhan & Embroidery designs.
Prepare current designs.
Coordinate with Director for design execution.
Develop samples and ensure design quality.
Select suitable materials, colours and design combinations.
Maintain design records and meet development deadlines.
Minimize design errors, rework and material wastage.
Coordinate with supervisors and management for design approvals.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Beads, Jarkhan and Embroidery designing.
Creative thinking and knowledge of textile fashion trends.
Positive understanding of saree design development and production.
Ability to manage multiple designs and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
4–6 years of relevant textile designing experience.
Local candidates from Surat preferred.
Experience in saree embroidery, beads and Jarkhan work.
Creative, responsible and quality-focused.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
