Job Title: Solar Installation Technician

Qualification Required: 12th/ITI/Diploma – Added advantage for Solar training candidates

We are seeking a reliable Solar Installation Technician to join our installation team. In this role, you will assemble, mount, and wire rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) solar systems for residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

· Structural Setup: Assemble metal mounting structures, secure roof anchors, and mount solar modules safely on rooftops or ground frames.

· Electrical Wiring: Run DC/AC cabling, connect solar panels to inverters, set up distribution boxes (DCDB/ACDB), and establish proper earthing and lightning protection.





· Testing & Quality Checks: Assist with basic testing, string voltage checks, and system troubleshooting prior to commissioning.

· Site Preparation & Safety: Perform site assessments, follow local building and electrical codes, and strictly adhere to rooftop and electrical safety guidelines (PPE, harness safety).

· Maintenance & Repair: Carry out routine system maintenance, panel cleaning, and basic repairs on existing installations
