Department: Client Relations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, confident CRE to manage patient enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment bookings while ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle patient enquiries.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
Explain clinic treatments and services as per approved guidelines.
Maintain patient records with attention to detail.
Coordinate appointments, reminders, and follow-ups with existing patients.
Track daily calls, bookings, conversions, and pending leads.
Build positive patient relationships and support clinic sales targets.

Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.




Experience in sales calling, receptionist, or customer handling; salon, healthcare or skin clinic experience preferred.
Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp, and basic computer tools.
Friendly, organised, persuasive, and target-oriented.

Work Type: Full-time, in office
