Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Credit & Operations Executive to handle loan processing, documentation, EMI tracking, and daily operational activities. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of lending operations and valuable coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Process fresh loan applications and reloan cases.
Verify customer documents and ensure accurate data entry.
Coordinate loan approvals and timely disbursements.
Follow up with applicants and coordinate field investigations (FI) when required.
Track EMI payments, overdue accounts, and bounce cases.
Coordinate with the Collections, Recovery, and Accounts teams.




Maintain loan records and prepare daily MIS reports.
Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Support daily credit and loan operations and resolve process-related issues.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in credit, loan processing, or operations.
Basic knowledge of lending and EMI collection processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
