Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Lean Manufacturing qualified to drive operational excellence, improve productivity, optimise CNC machining processes, reduce waste, and enhance quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimise CNC cycle times, setup times, machine utilisation, and OEE.
Reduce manufacturing costs, rejection, scrap, and downtime.
Drive process standardisation, root cause analysis, and shop-floor efficiency.
Lead teams and monitor operational performance KPIs.

Requirements:
10–15 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Mandatory: Hands-on CNC machining experience.
Robust knowledge of Lean tools, productivity improvement, and team leadership.
Engineering degree/diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering preferred.

CNC machining experience is non-negotiable.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
