We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive, who can plan and manage digital marketing campaigns and help the company achieve measurable results.
Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant channels.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and overall ROI.
Create and test different ad campaigns, audiences and creatives.
Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve results.
Work with the content and design teams to create effective marketing materials.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the management team.
Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.
Suggest new ideas to increase leads, sales and brand visibility

What we’re looking for
Experience in performance marketing or digital advertising in agency
Valuable understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.




Ability to understand campaign data and make decisions based on results.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
A creative approach to testing recent marketing ideas.

Qualification

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience and practical knowledge will also be considered.

Experience

2–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
