Manage and supervise all nursing staff and daily nursing operations.
Ensure quality patient care and compliance with hospital protocols.
Prepare duty rosters, manage staffing, and monitor attendance.
Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and competency assessments.
Ensure proper documentation, infection control, and patient safety.
Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and other departments.
Monitor nursing standards and ensure compliance with NABH and other applicable regulations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
