Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily operations during the assigned shift.
Allocate duties to crew members and ensure proper staff coordination.
Monitor order preparation, food quality, packaging, and timely service.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards.
Monitor stock levels, inventory usage, and food wastage.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Supervise billing, cash handling, and shift sales records, as assigned.
Complete shift opening and closing procedures.
Maintain shift handover reports, attendance records, and operational checklists.
Ensure all employees follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with the kitchen team and Outlet Manager to maintain smooth operations.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
