Job Description:

We are looking for a energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Counselor to manage patient counseling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and basic clinic coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel patients about clinic services and treatment options.
Follow up with leads through calls and messages to drive conversions.
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Achieve assigned sales targets and improve appointment conversion rates.
Ensure a professional and positive patient experience.

Ability to manage sales activities and basic clinic operations efficiently.
Prior experience in sales, counseling, healthcare, or clinic operations is preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
