Job Description
Reminder Calls : Contact policyholders to remind them of upcoming or overdue premium payments.
Customer Follow-ups answer questions regarding payment options, due dates, and consequences of non-payment.
Criteria
*Candidate Should be Positive in English communication skills
*HSC Passed Minimum Qualification
*Should have minimum 6 month experience in tele calling Call Center/BPO
*Should be able to achieve target
*Salary 14000 to 22000 net (Depending upon experience)
*Sunday Working (One week off any one day of the week)
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
