Event Executive – Wedding & Events

Job Summary

We are looking for an Event Executive to manage wedding, event and celebration enquiries from the initial client consultation through booking, planning and successful on-ground execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong client handling, sales, negotiation, event coordination and vendor management skills, with the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and ensure a smooth experience for clients, devotees and guests.

Key Responsibilities
Handle wedding and event enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Present event packages, explain services and negotiate with clients.
Coordinate booking dates, event requirements and timelines.
Manage wedding/event planning from initial consultation to final execution.
Coordinate with the Head Pandit regarding ceremonies, schedules and requirements.
Manage vendors including caterers, decorators, photographers and other service providers.
Coordinate decoration, catering, logistics and other event arrangements.
Prepare and maintain event schedules, call sheets and client data dashboards.




Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution.
Monitor event budgets, accounts and revenue-related activities.
Achieve assigned booking and revenue targets.
Conduct post-event follow-up and maintain client relationships.
Ensure a seamless, stress-free and memorable experience for couples, devotees and guests.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in wedding planning, banquet coordination, hospitality or event management.
Candidates with strong experience in wedding/event sales and client conversion will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
