Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounting entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
Manage statutory compliance related to PT (Skilled Tax), PF, ESIC, GST, and TDS.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other applicable statutory filings within prescribed deadlines.
Handle petty cash management, expense tracking, and cash book maintenance.
Record, verify, and maintain directors’ expenses, reimbursements, and supporting documents.
Manage vendor payments, customer receipts, and accounts payable/receivable.
Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and preparation of accounting statements.
Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities whenever required.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations,



and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
Strong practical knowledge of PT, PF, ESIC, GST, and TDS.
Hands-on experience in petty cash, directors’ expenses, bank reconciliation, and general accounting.
Proficiency in MS Advance Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ZohoBook.
Solid attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
