About the Role

iLytix Services is looking for a confident, target-driven Field Sales Representative to drive client acquisition for our proprietary School Management ERP Software. In this role, you will physically visit schools, meet key educational decision-makers, deliver product demonstrations, and close subscription deals across Noida and the broader Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities
Field Meetings: Attend 20–25 pre-scheduled meetings per week with school owners, directors, principals, and IT heads.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging live product demos highlighting the features, ROI, and efficiency of our School ERP.
Deal Closure: Manage trial follow-ups, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Lead Collaboration: Work closely with the Inside Sales team to receive qualified leads and align meeting schedules.
Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate daily logs,



lead pipelines, and visit reports in CRM / Google Sheets.
Network Growth: Leverage existing customer relationships to generate referrals across school networks.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B field sales, institutional sales, or direct sales (EdTech, SaaS, or School ERP sales experience is strongly preferred).
Communication: Transparent, confident presentation and negotiation skills in both Hindi and English.
Assets Required: Must own a two-wheeler (with a valid driving license) and a laptop for field travel and demo presentations.
Tech Skills: Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools for daily tracker maintenance.
Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel daily across Noida and Delhi NCR.
