Job Description:

Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full time

Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with prospective leads.
Explain the company's services and address customer queries.
Convert leads into admissions
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Prepare daily activity and conversion reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Admission Counselling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
