Chetanya Career Consultant is looking for 2 experienced Visa Counsellors to join our team. We are hiring one candidate specializing in Australian visas and another specializing in European visas.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
Guide clients through visa documentation, application preparation, and submission.
Verify documents and ensure accuracy and completeness of applications.
Stay updated on visa policies, immigration regulations, and procedural changes.
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and application status updates.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in visa counselling or visa processing.
Solid knowledge of either Australian or European visa procedures.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple applications and follow-ups efficiently.
