Position Details

Department : Electrical & Instrumentation / Maintenance

Reporting To : HOD – Electrical & Instrumentation / Plant Head

Qualification : Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience : 2–5 Years in Steel, Fastener, Forging or Heavy Manufacturing

A. Electrical Maintenance & Plant Operations

B. Preventive & Predictive Electrical Maintenance

C. Electrical Breakdown Maintenance & Troubleshooting

D. Electrical Safety & Statutory Compliance

E. Spare Parts & Inventory Management

I. Installation, Commissioning & Project Support

J. Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement

K. Team Supervision & Interdepartmental Coordination
Required Technical Competencies

· Industrial electrical maintenance in steel and fastener manufacturing plants.

· Knowledge of HT/LT electrical distribution systems.

· Maintenance of transformers, motors, switchgear, MCC and PCC panels.





· Electrical troubleshooting of forging presses, thread rolling machines and heat-treatment equipment.

· PLC, HMI, VFD and industrial automation systems.

· Electrical control circuits, sensors, relays and motor starters.

· Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and temperature control systems.

· Electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and control wiring diagrams.

· Insulation testing, earthing systems and electrical protection.

· Electrical energy management and power factor improvement.

· Preventive and predictive maintenance.

· RCA, CAPA, MTBF, MTTR, TPM, 5S and OEE.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CMMS and maintenance MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
