Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance on conveyors (belt, roller, chain), gearboxes, motors, chains, bearings, and rollers.
Component Replacement & Alignment: Perform accurate alignment, adjustment, tensioning, and replacement of mechanical components.
Lubrication & Inspection: Execute regular lubrication (greasing and oil replacement) and routine inspections of all moving mechanical parts.
Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose mechanical faults, identify root causes, and implement immediate corrective actions.
Pneumatic Systems: Inspect and maintain basic pneumatic components including air cylinders, valves, and supply lines.
Safety & Record Keeping: Follow plant safety protocols (LOTO and PPE) and maintain daily maintenance logbooks and breakdown reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
