Location:Sector 61, Gurugram / Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur Key Responsibilities & Requirements 1. Continental Cuisine: Strong hands-on experience in preparing Continental dishes is mandatory, along with knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes. 2. FoodPreparation: Prepare dishes as per the café menu, ensuring consistent taste, quality, and timely service. 3. FoodPresentation: Maintain proper plating, presentation, and portion control for all menu items. 4. Kitchen Management: Independently manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow during peak hours. 5. MenuDevelopment: Assist in menu planning, recipe standardization, and introducing new dishes. 6. TeamSupervision: Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain productivity and discipline. 7.



Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, check ingredient quality, and ensure timely procurement. 8. Cost&WastageControl;: Maintain food costing, minimize wastage, and ensure effective use of kitchen resources. 9. Hygiene &FoodSafety;: Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards, including applicable FSSAI guidelines. 10. Communication &Personality;: Valuable English communication skills, a well-groomed and presentable personality, professional attitude, and solid teamwork skills are essential.
