Handle HR processes, including payroll, perks, and policy Implementation. End to End Recruitment,Onboarding,Joining Formalities, Attendance and Leaves Management, Employee Engagement. Reporting to MD for day to day activities. Handling HR operations and recruitment and manage people. should have excellent communication skills and employee engagement. should be presentable and graceful to keep the company culture pleasant. should have min 3 to 5 years experience in HR field. Candidates from Navi Mumbai are prefered. Candidate should be able to handle work pressures and balance and willing to spent adaptable working hours for business demands.
