· Identify and target potential franchisees through various lead generation strategies.

· Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees to explain the franchise chance and value proposition.

· Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees during the initial stages of their partnership.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve franchise sales targets and contribute to company growth.

· Foster and manage relationships with potential franchisees throughout the sales process.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and franchisee interactions.

· Prepare regular reports on sales performance.

· Present our franchise prospect clearly and answer any questions prospects may have.

· Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management to track performance and progress towards goals.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent franchisees to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
