Job Description:

A Tele Calling Executive is responsible for contacting customers over the phone, explaining company products or services, generating leads, and following up with potential customers to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products, services, and offers clearly.
Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain customer details, call records, and daily reports.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer questions professionally and politely.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.




Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.

Required Skills
Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Friendly and confident telephone manner.
Customer-handling and convincing skills.
Ability to work towards targets.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
