Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients, shippers, and carriers in the US market.
Generate new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
Negotiate freight rates and close profitable deals.
Coordinate with carriers and customers to ensure smooth shipment operations.
Follow up with clients and carriers regarding shipment status and requirements.
Maintain qualified communication with clients and business partners.
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in international calling, international sales, or freight brokerage is preferred.
Confidence in making outbound calls and handling clients.
A positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven workplace.
Willingness to work night shifts according to US business hours.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
