Responsibilities:
Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
Load/unload components and monitor machining process.
Read basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
Use Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
Check dimensions and maintain quality standards.
Perform basic tool offset corrections.
Achieve production targets with minimum rejection.
Follow 5S, safety and PPE procedures.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical
Experience: 1–5 years in VMC/CNC operation.
