Job Summary

KPS Konvoy LLP is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Salesman to join our freight forwarding and logistics team. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics sales, a solid ability to acquire new customers, and good relationships with exporters, importers, and other industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new customers, including exporters, importers, manufacturers, and traders.
Generate business leads and convert them into profitable shipment bookings.
Promote sea freight, air freight, import/export logistics, and cross-country booking services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates, and follow up on customer enquiries.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends,



competitor pricing, and new business prospects.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.
Build long-term business relationships to generate repeat bookings and referrals.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding and logistics.
Good knowledge of sea freight, air freight, FCL, LCL, and import/export procedures.
Robust communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects into customers.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in email communication and basic MS Office applications.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Salary & Advantages
Monthly salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000, depending on experience and skills.
Performance-based incentives after successful completion of the 3-month probation period.
