Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP software, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment documents.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Maintain accurate records of expenses and company transactions.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Prepare basic financial reports and MIS as required.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. Assist senior management and the finance team with accounting-related tasks.




Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting errors promptly. Required Skills Good knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
Working knowledge of Tally/ERP software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Good command of MS Excel.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or a similar industry will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates with practical experience in Tally, GST, TDS, reconciliation, and Excel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
