Key Responsibilities
Teach primary-level students using effective and student-centric teaching methodologies.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and classroom activities.
Build strong foundational skills in students through interactive and activity-based learning.
Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive student behaviour.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic coordinators to achieve academic objectives.
Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress and development.
Follow the academic curriculum, school policies, and institutional standards.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Ed. or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory.
Relevant graduation in the respective subject or discipline.




Prior teaching experience at the primary level is preferred.
Solid communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and the ability to engage young learners.
Freshers with the required qualifications may also apply.
