Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Responsible for sales coordination, quotation preparation, order processing, logistics, and customer deliveries, along with field visits to attend customer enquiries and provide sales support.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare sales quotations and maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
Coordinate with the admin team, warehouse and transporters for invoices, dispatches and timely deliveries.
Carry out material deliveries to customers as required.
Visit customers to attend to enquiries, understand their requirements, and provide sales support.
Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and potential business prospects.
Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
Build customer relationships and coordinate with the sales team to address product-related queries.

Requirements
Diploma or Graduate in any discipline; a technical qualification is an advantage.




1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, field sales, or a similar role.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and deliveries.
Experience in industrial products or engineering tools will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
