Suitor Guy is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to support the day-to-day operations of the store in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have robust retail knowledge, team-handling ability, customer service skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the store manager in managing daily store operations.
Supervise, motivate, and coordinate store staff.
Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and product availability.
Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store maintains brand standards.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality,



grooming, and performance.
Support billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve store revenue.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation of the store.
Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain compliance with company policies and retail procedures.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
