JOB DESCRIPTION – MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE

Location: Alibaug, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
Handle civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance work.
Inspect company properties and ensure proper upkeep and timely repairs.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and technicians for maintenance activities.
Monitor building infrastructure, fixtures, and equipment conditions.
Maintain records of repairs, expenses, pending issues, and maintenance supplies.
Handle urgent repair requirements and ensure timely resolution.
Travel locally within Alibaug to company properties as required.
Requirements




Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or residential properties.
Basic knowledge of civil works, electrical systems, plumbing, and building maintenance.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and work independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintenance records.
Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is mandatory.
Willingness to travel locally within Alibaug.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
