Booking & Inventory Management: Oversee individual and group reservations, handle room allocations, manage room blocking for long stays or repeat guests, event guests, bulk booking, and prevent overbookings.
Revenue & Rate Optimization: Assist the properties and reservation team with agile pricing, rate plan setups, and forecasting occupancy to hit financial targets.
OTA Channel: Manage OTA Channels
Property Ratings: OVersee Property ratings and assists individual GM/ OMs with guest feedback and property online visibility
Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise closely with the Front Office Manager, Housekeeping, and Sales departments regarding group blocks, special requests, and repeat customers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
