We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and ensure timely closure of open positions across technical and non-technical departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Manage candidate communication, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, interview-to-selection ratio, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




Support employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
Solid sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tracking tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience
Experience in a technology, SaaS, logistics, or startup workplace.
Experience in bulk hiring, niche hiring, and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and manage recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹378,000.00 - ₹728,000.00 per year
