Every year, thousands of students finish 12th unsure where to go next. We call them and their parents, explain how we can help, and invite them to our office for a proper counselling session. You’ll be the first voice they hear from us.

What you’ll do
Make outbound calls to students and parents and introduce Steps to College
Understand the student’s stream, marks and goals in a short, friendly conversation
Invite them to the office and confirm the visit on WhatsApp
Update every call in our sheet so no lead is lost

Who we’re looking for
Transparent, confident Hindi and English




Comfortable making a lot of calls and handling “not interested” without losing energy
Freshers welcome. We’ll train you on our courses and how to talk to parents.
