Job Overview -
Team Member is responsible for customer service, food and beverage preparation, and daily café operations. Key duties include greeting customers, taking orders, operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling transactions, and ensuring cleanliness to brand standards.



Team members also assist with maintaining café cleanliness, managing inventory, and creating a positive customer experience by recommending specials and informing customers about coffee.
Customer service and sales.
Greet and engage customers warmly.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Recommend specials, current arrivals, and best-selling items.
Handle customer complaints and implement service recovery.
Educate customers on different coffee blends and brewing techniques.
Assist in up-selling and cross-selling to drive sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
