Promote chit fund schemes to customers and explain scheme advantages.
Identify and generate current customer leads through field visits, references, and marketing activities.
Achieve monthly subscription and collection targets.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Conduct follow-up calls and customer meetings.
Assist customers in completing application and KYC documentation.
Coordinate with branch staff regarding customer onboarding and payment updates.
Attend promotional campaigns, branch activities, and marketing events.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Branch Manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications
Plus Two / Degree preferred.
Experience in sales, marketing, finance, NBFC, or chit fund industry is an advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
