Prepare a variety of savoury bakery products, including puffs, rolls, sandwiches, patties, and other baked snacks.
Develop and prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian fillings, ensuring consistent taste, texture, and quality.
Maintain standard recipes, portion sizes, ingredient measurements, and product presentation as per brand guidelines.
Ensure proper food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, ingredient storage, and compliance with food safety standards.
Manage daily production schedules, minimise ingredient wastage, and coordinate with the bakery production team for timely preparation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
