Develop recent rubber moulded products as per customer drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with customers for product design, technical requirements, and feasibility studies.
Develop and validate rubber compounds, moulds, and process parameters.
Conduct prototype trials, sample development, and product testing.
Prepare PPAP documents, FMEA, control plans, and other NPD-related documents.
Coordinate with production, quality, and tooling teams for successful product launch.
Monitor trial results, resolve development issues, and ensure timely completion of recent product development projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
