Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and technical documentation.
Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff.
Assist in procurement of materials and review vendor proposals for cost efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering.




4–8 years of experience in real estate/construction project management.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
Knowledge of ERP software for project tracking and reporting.
Exposure to green building or sustainable construction practices.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
