Inventory of Cutlery crockery on monthly report F&B; MIS - P&L; including stock inventory
Staff briefing, training and grooming
Current initiatives - 12 (per year)to be given with monthly P&L; reportmonthly vendor meeting and reporting the negatives and positives
F&B; event planning and management
Daily opperations of kitchen Maintenance of dining and kitchen gadgets
Preventives thru maintenance team, servicing of equipment thru Site Manager
Filing and maintaining of all the formats on monthly basis.
Handling grievance Escalation
Cover up (overlap) for missing team member
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
