About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, increase brand awareness, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Display campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
Generate quality leads and improve campaign conversion rates.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking tools.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and suggest improvements.
Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.




Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
6 months-1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
Knowledge of keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Basic understanding of SEO, landing pages, and digital marketing analytics.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate
A candidate with a proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns.
Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively.
A data-driven approach to improving campaign performance.
Willingness to learn, experiment, and contribute to business growth.

Pay: ₹14,078.19 - ₹25,810.06 per month
