Position: Driver
Department: Administration
Salary: ₹24,000 per month
Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Additional Overtime: Payable separately as per company policy and applicable labour laws

Roles and Responsibilities
Drive company vehicles safely for official duties, employee transportation, material delivery, and other assigned activities.
Follow the daily travel schedule and instructions given by the HR/Admin Department or management.
Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of employees, customers, and company personnel as required.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, and other essential vehicle components regularly.
Maintain vehicle documents, including the driving licence, insurance, registration certificate (RC), and pollution certificate (PUC), as applicable.
Maintain daily vehicle logbooks, kilometre readings, fuel records, trip details, and other required documents.
Report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, traffic violations, and maintenance requirements immediately to the concerned authority.
Follow traffic rules, company safety procedures,



and all applicable road transport regulations.
Support loading and unloading of materials or goods when required and when protected to do so.
Ensure the vehicle is parked securely after completing assigned duties and hand over the keys as instructed.
Maintain qualified behaviour, punctuality, confidentiality, and discipline while on duty.
Regular Duty: 10 hours per day, subject to the company's approved duty schedule and applicable working-hour requirements.
Additional Overtime: Work beyond the approved regular duty hours must receive prior approval from the reporting manager or HR/Admin Department.
Overtime Payment: Additional overtime will be calculated and paid separately in accordance with applicable labour laws and company policy.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
