Job Title: Career Advisor – OPT Sales

Job Summary

We are hiring a target-driven Career Advisor to guide international graduates in the USA and Canada with career counselling, job search strategies, and career development services while achieving monthly sales and enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel OPT/STEM OPT candidates on career opportunities in the USA and Canada.
Provide resume guidance, interview preparation, and job search support.
Understand OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, and H-1B sponsorship processes.
Promote career services and training programs to prospective candidates.
Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and candidate records through CRM.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6 months to 5 years of experience in OPT recruitment, career counselling, or sales.
Knowledge of US visa processes and job search procedures.
Excellent communication, counselling, and negotiation skills.
Solid sales orientation and target-driven mindset.
